Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services

In order to preserve your carpets and upholstery year after year, we recommend having them
professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

Our Dry Carpet Cleaning Process:

• Vacuum deep-cleaning
• Spot and stain removal
• Application of R3's own cleaning solution
• Cleaning with rotary style machine that gets between fibres and removes soil,
  leaving your carpets dry within approximately one hour
• Fast-drying carpets reduce the risk of unhealthy mold
• To keep your carpets looking their best longer, we recommend a fibre-protection
  treatment after ever second cleaning

We also provide hot water extraction or "steam cleaning" if a client requires or
carpet manufacturer warranties specify this type of cleaning.

Area carpet cleaning is usually done on-site.  We do however provide pick- up and
delivery service for warehouse cleaning.

Upholstery Cleaning

Depending on the material and age of the piece to be cleaned, we will determine whether to use a
dry cleaning process or regular steam cleaning.   Dry cleaning will allow you to use your furniture immediately.  Steam cleaning requires approximately 4 to 6 hours to dry.
